The PET Research Core is a component of Stony Brook Medicine's core research facilities, which is coordinated by the Office of Scientific Affairs.
The core is directed by Ramin Parsey, MD, PhD, who is the Della Pietra Family Chair of Biomedical Imaging, Director of PET Research, Co-Director of the Neurosciences Institute, Professor of Psychiatry and Radiology and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Stony Brook University.
