Review your prior individualized learning plan (ILP) and be sure you have created a new learning plan in PediaLink that addresses learning objectives for the current academic year.
Make an appointment to meet with your advisor at least once during the rotation. It is an opportunity to discuss career plans, fellowships, exam prep, and preparation for upcoming rotations. Remind your advisor to complete the Advisor documentation evaluation in New Innovations during your meeting.
