Huzaifa Zohair

I am a fourth-year PhD candidate in Dr. Priya Devarajan's lab. My research is primarily focused on nasal immunity andunderstanding how local T cell memory in the nose may protect us against severe respiratory viral infections. Workingunder the guidance of my clinical mentor, Dr. Charles Vorkas, I aim to profile the adult human T cell response to intranasalvaccines, and also understand the profile of T cells in human noses at resting state. Understanding the profile of these Tcells may provide key insight in targeting their development for novel vaccination strategies.
