Yindong Hua

I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Computer Engineering program at Stony Brook University and got my Master of Electrical Engineering at Peking University. Now I am working with my advisor, Professor Sima Mofakham, and co-mentor, Dr. Mikell Charles B. Mikell in the NeuroSurgery department. My current project is predicting the recovery of consciousness after Traumatic brain injury. I will develop a flexible and visual brain-computer interface involving multimodality data collection infrastructure, advanced data analysis, and the identification of robust biomarkers for detecting consciousness recovery.
