Senior Post-doctoral Research Associate
Project: Elucidation of the mechanism(s) of inhibition of HIV-1 replication by semen exosomes (SE). Particularly, I am interested in the optimization of the isolation/purification of SE, characterizing the protein and RNA contents of SE, and assessing the effect of drug abuse and HIV-1 infection on SE structure and function.
