  1. Characterize differentially expressed genes identified by RNA-seq analysis and probing their role in bone marrow stromal antigen 2 (BST-2) mediated cancer development and progression
     
  2. Understand the role of BST-2 in cancer metabolism
     
  3. Characterize differentially expressed genes identified by RT-PCR inflammatory cytokines and receptors array and probe accordingly the role of BST-2 in chikungunya virus infection
