Mindfulness and Diversity is an inaugural, interdisciplinary conference focused on:
- Improving awareness and understanding of mindfulness-based practices among diverse communities
- Featuring cutting edge research on mindfulness and minority health
- Providing a forum for faculty, students and community members to connect and learn about mind-body interventions for addressing health inequalities and disparities
