The Low Vision Support Group of University Hospital at Stony
Brook meets monthly at the Emma S. Clark Library in Setauket, NY. The
purpose is to educate and assist all patients with reduced vision or
blindness. Educational programs include presentations by social
workers, low vision experts, and support specialists. The Low Vision
Support Group is coordinated by Ms. Jean Lewis, RNP.
In 1999, the Group is scheduled to meet on Jan. 8, Feb. 5, Mar. 5, Apr. 2, May 7, and June 4.
