August 1, 2026 - Congratulations to Our Former Lab Members! We are delighted to share some wonderful news from two former members of the QYang Lab! Herman Low, a former Master’s student in our lab, has started medical school at Stony Brook University Renaissance School of Medicine this semester. Samir Thukral, a former volunteer research student in our lab, has started medical school at New York Medical College this semester. Congratulations, Herman and Samir! We are very proud of your accomplishments and wish you both continued success in medical school and in your future careers in medicine!
April 27, 2026 - Wenbin Li Receives 2026 Biology Research Award. We are excited to share that our undergraduate student, Wenbin Li, has been selected to receive the 2026 Biology Research Award from the Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities (URECA) program at Stony Brook University. This competitive award provides support for a 10-week full-time summer research experience. We are proud of his achievement and look forward to seeing his continued contributions to the lab and the field. Congratulations, Wenbin!
