This in-person conference, hosted by the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, explores the multidimensional science of resilience in healthcare providers, bridging molecular and neurobiological mechanisms with clinical strategies and systemic interventions. Through interdisciplinary dialogue, we aim to deepen understanding and foster innovation in supporting provider well-being and performance under stress.
