The Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center of Long Island is proud to host its 15th annual Alzheimer's Conference for Caregivers. This day offers practical tips and information, as well as conversation and community with others involved with caring for someone with dementia.
For 25 years, the Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center of Long Island - the only Alzheimer's Center of Excellence on Long Island - has been helping people with memory disorders through expert diagnostic evaluations, clinical management, education and support for patients and their caregivers.
Day Haven Adult Day Services will provide free care for your loved one during the conference. Space is limited. You MUST register. Call the ADAC office at 631-632-3160 for more information.
We gratefully acknowledge support from conference sponsors Mills Pond Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and The Bristal Assisted Living.
