Why Med-Peds?:

"I love seeing adult and pediatric patients and wasn't sure if my future career would be inpatient or outpatient. I knew I loved inpatient medicine on the adult and pediatric side, and wanted to make sure I left all doors open whether I wanted to be a PCP, adult or pediatric hospitalist, or go and specialize via fellowship. Med-Peds is so versatile and we get great training to go forth and pursue anything after residency!"

What do you plan on doing when finished residency (if known)?

"I am considering a career in Pulmonary/Critical Care, but remain open to exploring other areas of medicine, as I have a broad range of interests."

Outside interests:

"I love all craft-related hobbies--embroidery, sewing, knitting, making candles, calligraphy, watercolor--you name it, I've tried it! When I'm not at my craft table I'm getting outside enjoying nature or going to Pilates classes."
