Belliny Phaeton, M.D. earned her degree from New York Medical College, where she also served as a Peer Bereavement Counselor and Orientation Volunteer. She has been on the Dean’s list throughout college, earned a Presidential Scholarship for her undergraduate degree, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Phaeton became interested in becoming a board certified Med-Peds physician because it would allow her to achieve her goal of focusing on the whole person as well as have an impact on community health and disease prevention. In addition, she would like to be a medical missionary abroad to help people most in need and seeks opportunities for training in addiction medicine and global health. Dr. Phaeton speaks French, French Creole, and Spanish, loves to sing, and enjoys kickboxing, nature, reading, and spending time with her family.

What do you plan on doing when finished residency (if known)? Not entirely sure. We'll see where God leads me.
Outside interests: Church activities. Healthy vegetarian cooking, baking, and eating. Listening to relaxing/uplifting music and acapella. Singing. Exercise. Spending time with family.
