Research Scientist Tatyana Peresleni has more than twenty years of bench experience with skills including purification and analysis of nucleic acids, chromatin reconstitution and transcription in vitro, cell culturing, cytokines, chemokine, and cell migration assays, as well as minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) determination and microbiological techniques. Her recent studies include identification of biomarkers for vulvodynia; the analysis of bacterial flora in patients with vaginosis; and biochemical risk assessment for pre-term delivery.
