June 2011: Dr. Eric Spitzer, Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology, has been elected President of the Academy of Clinical Laboratory Physicians and Scientists (ACLPS) for 2012. Dr. Spitzer's
appointment to this prestigious position brings great credit to the
department and Stony Brook University School of Medicine.
