Faculty Development for Medical Educators

This site serves as a companion to our Master Series in Medical Education. For each workshop in the series, you will find a dedicated section that includes a recording of the session, a breakdown of the content by subtopics and curated supplementary resources. These resources include library books, websites, journal articles and videos to support further learning.

In addition to workshop-specific materials, the guide offers information and resources on a range of topics relevant to RSOM educators. Click here to access the Faculty Development For Medical Educators site.

Course Director Handbook

This handbook is essential reading for all course directors and co-directors. Course directors are encouraged to share this handbook with other course faculty.  Each section covers a specific aspect of the course director's role--from understanding the RSOM's UGME curriculum, to planning and administering a course, to evaluating students, and to using course management tools such as CBase, Echo360 and ExamSoft. Click here to access the Course Director Handbook.
