The Stony Brook University Master of Science in Professional Nutrition Practice (PNP) provides two options for its students:

- Bi-month video conferencing calls with the Clinical Coordinator to assist you in staying on track and managing your program plan

- Online classes and onsite or distance clinical training sites
- Students are able to select from three different program concentrations- Advanced Nutrition Therapy & Critical Care, Integrative Nutrition, or Generalist track
- Complete the program in as little as 16 months
- Integrative nutrition therapy perspective
- Farm-hospital food service integration
- Counseling skills development and evaluation using virtual Objective Structured Clinical Exams
- Involved in robust CQI projects and clinical research projects
- Access to SBU library systems, e-journals, e-databases (such as Natural Standards)
