This fund was developed for the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology to support and meet its needs through philanthropic unrestricted dollars. This fund is used primarily for new faculty recruitment and for bringing renowned scientists to the University to speak in the Department's weekly seminar series or in a department-sponsored symposium.
