*NYS residents will pay resident tuition regardless of whether you are enrolled in the onsite or distance track. Tuition for non-NYS residents will vary based on whether you are in the distance or onsite track. Students are required to show proof of health insurance. If students cannot show proof of insurance, they will be automatically billed by the university. The fees for health insurance are available on the Student Health Services website.

Students are responsible for their own transportation to SEL sites.

Students can apply for financial aid or alternative loans. The Office of Financial Aid handles all aspects of financial aid, scholarships, and cost calculations. Students are encouraged to contact the office with any questions.  Contact information can be found on the Financial Aid website.

Scholarships

Stony Brook University does not offer any scholarships to students in the MS in Professional Nutrition Practice. There are scholarships available through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
