This session covers the three-year curriculum trajectory, focusing on the transition from intensive clinical service in the first year to research independence and supervisory roles by the third year. We will also highlight our unique transplant rotation at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and the flexibility for elective training in hepatology or motility.

Three 20-minute sessions Meet with various faculty members to discuss clinical interests and potential research opportunities. This is a great time to ask about our weekly conferences, including IBD rounds with Adult GI and joint Pediatric Surgery/GI conferences.
11:00 AM – 11:20 AM | Fellow Private Chat
Unfiltered Q&A with Current Fellows A private space for candidates to speak freely with our fellows about the culture at Stony Brook, the balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, and the experience of living in the Stony Brook area.
