The Educator Portfolio (EP) is designed as a place for individuals to document their teaching activities and accomplishments in education and as a tool to contribute to their professional development. Additionally, EPs are often included in applications to academies of medical educators.
Included in this section:
- Developmental EP template – detailed document completed by faculty member. The Developmental EP is not submitted with a promotion packet
- Executive Summary EP template – concise summary of the Developmental EP completed by faculty member. The Executive Summary EP is submitted to the APT committee with a promotion packet
