Research and Quality Improvement
- Fellows are encouraged and supported to examine problems with respect to clinical care, education, quality improvement, and policy to advance the field of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. There is diverse and ample opportunity for research and quality improvement within our Division and in collaboration with other Departments, as well as the University Hospital.
- All hospice and palliative medicine fellows are required to undertake a research or quality improvement project during the year and submit their work for publication or presentation before graduation. Funds for travel to selected regional and national academic conferences are available
