Dr. Wong received his BSc in Food and Nutritional Science and his MPHil (Master of Philosophy) in Biological Sciences, both from The University of Hong Kong. His graduate focus involved the study of the metabolism and transport of flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids in humans at the University of Leeds where he received in PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry.
