Fellowship Application

Application Process

Each Application must include:

1. An Application Form
2. Current CV
3. Department Chairs letter of support
4. Personal Statement (Limited to 2 pages)

    The personal statement should state:

1. Why you want to participate
2. Agreement to complete assigned requirements
3. Philosophy of education/teaching/learning
4. Past, current, and anticipated future teaching/education responsibilities
5. Past, current, and anticipated future administrative/leadership experience
6. Past, current, and anticipated future clinical experience
7. How you intend to use the knowledge and skills gained from this experience

Selection Process

Selection of fellows is based on:

1. Personal Statement
2. Department Chair’s Letter of support
3. Teaching Responsibilities
4. Mission of the institution
5. Interview

The currently enrolled fellows will graduate in May 2014. Applications for the next batch shall be made available in June 2014.
