Four Internal Medicine Physicians Appear in "Save Our Masks" Campaign

The Department of Medicine is pleased to announce that four of our distinguished physicians, from both the divisions of Gastroenterology and Primary Care, participated in Stony Brook Medicine's powerful "Save Our Masks" campaign in May 2020.

The overall "Save a Mask, Save Our Supply, Stay Safe" message conveyed the importance of unifying our efforts, conserving our masks and ensuring our continued safety.

This movement also recognized how frontline staff throughout the organization have come together in support of keeping Stony Brook University Hospital's N95 masks clean, thereby preserving our supply.

From GI, Dr. Alexandra Guillaume, Director, Gastrointestinal Motility Center and fellow Dr. Rashmi Advani, and from Primary Care, Dr. Susan Lane, Vice Chair of Education and Dr. Patricia Ng, Associate Director, Residency, all participated in delivering the critically important message across Stony Brook Medicine with themes like "Real Heroes Don't Need Makeup" and "Let Your Natural Beauty Shine."
