Why Stony Brook? When I first visited Stony Brook, the first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. From the teaching faculty to the program staff, there is an air of camaraderie where people help bring each other up. I wanted to train at a place that combined the rigors of a large academic center with the closeness of residents that really knew and cared for each other. And at Stony Brook I found that place.
