Why Stony Brook: In searching for my ideal residency program, I wanted to train at a large university hospital with a culture that uplifts and challenges its residents. I am so happy I put Stony Brook as my #1 – it has checked off these boxes and so many more! Working at SBUH constantly pushes me to be more efficient, more knowledgeable, and slowly but surely, more independent. I am confident that by the end of my residency training at Stony Brook, I will be more than ready to be an attending I can be proud of.
