Why Stony Brook? I've been in the Stony Brook system since August 2010, when I matriculated as a freshman. Ever since then, Stony Brook has been my home away from home. Dr. Lane is an outstanding program director, and it is a privilege for me to be surrounded by so many intelligent, friendly, and hard-working individuals at such a renowned institution. The faculty is always willing to teach, and the connection with the SOM enables residents to guide the careers of future physicians as well. When I reflect on all that Stony Brook has to offer, I can't imagine being anywhere else!
