Why Stony Brook? I chose Stony Brook because of its strong emphasis on medical education, in addition to the camaraderie that I experienced on my interview day amongst the residents. I wanted to attend a program which had a supportive and comfortable learning environment, where I could not only grow as a person, but also be challenged academically.
