Why Stony Brook? I wanted to complete my training at a large academic medical center with a diversified exposure to both bread-and-butter cases and zebra cases. I also wanted to complete my training at a program with a culture of collegiality among its colleagues. Stony Brook offers both. And being in Long Island is a bonus.
