Why Stony Brook? I chose Stony Brook because I wanted to continue serving the community I call home. I also wanted to continue my training at Stony Brook because of its exceptional clinical education and professional development. From hands-on POCUS training and simulations preparing us for codes, to faculty who are invested in resident teaching, there are many opportunities to learn and grow. The program is supportive of residents' goals, helping tailor elective experiences and connections with mentors to facilitate early exposure to fields of interest. I am excited to continue my training alongside such a wonderful group of colleagues!
