Why Stony Brook?: Being here as a medical student gave me a firsthand look at the many strengths of our IM residency program. I was drawn to the breadth and complexity of the clinical experience, with exposure to both challenging, rare cases and a strong foundation in bread-and-butter internal medicine. I also appreciated how dedicated the faculty are to teaching and how supportive and collaborative the residents are with one another.
