Why Stony Brook: During my interview and even more now, I could sense the level of commitment to the program from the chief residents and Dr. Lane and Dr. Ng. I also noted the focus on medical education, which has always been a priority to me, especially the POCUS curriculum at Stony Brook. The different levels of exposure and multi-faceted education have already equipped me to be a better physician. Also, the tight knit environment in our residency class has been the cherry on top.
