Why Stony Brook? The atmosphere on interview day was so welcoming and inviting, from Dr. Lane’s introduction to my interaction with residents during dinner. I was drawn to a teaching hospital for the didactics and Stony Brook has numerous methods, including resident report, board preparation, and hands-on simulations. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and approachable, including fellows and attending physicians.
