Why Stony Brook?: Being at Stony Brook allows me to train at an academically strong program that is close to my home and my loved ones. When I interviewed at Stony Brook, I was impressed by the camaraderie among the residents, the strong emphasis on research and innovation, and the quality of clinical training in critical care and hospital medicine.
