Why Stony Brook?: Coming back to Stony Brook to continue my journey as a resident is so exciting! Stony Brook has everything I was looking for in a program - endless opportunities to learn and grow, exposure to a wide range of subspecialties, and the privilege of caring for a diverse patient population with complex pathologies.
What really makes Stony Brook special to me are the people, from mentors to seniors to co-residents, who have been kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me grow both as a physician and as a person. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by this community and can’t wait to keep building on it over the next few years!
