Research Interests

My major interest is in fungal pathogenesis and antifungal drugs development. My master’s research was focused on drug repurposing as an alternative treatment of cryptococcal meningitis. I’ve been involved in a research project focused on a functional study of calcium transporters in Cryptococcus neoformans pathogenesis.
