Research Interests |
Rachel graduated in 2019 from the University of California, Merced where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. She is interested in microbial evolution, in particular, in relation to bacterial pathogenesis. Rachel studied antibiotic resistance in nosocomial pathogens in a laboratory at the University of California, Merced prior to joining the Graduate Program in Molecular Genetics & Microbiology, and was a wilderness education ranger for the National Park Service. |
