Dear Department of Medicine Community:
We are pleased to announce that Danielle Kelly, DNP, AGNP-C, RN, CDCES has been appointed to the position of Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at Stony Brook Medicine. Danielle has served in the interim role since May 2024, providing dedicated leadership and support to our APP community.
In this role, Danielle will serve as the lead representative for our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, acting as a liaison between the APPs and clinical leadership across our four hospitals and the School of Medicine. 
Her leadership will continue to strengthen collaboration, enhance professional development, and support the ongoing growth and visibility of our Advanced Practice Providers.
