Ward Intern

• One Saturday day (7 am - 7 pm)
• One Saturday night (7 pm - 7 am)
• One Sunday day (7 am - 7 pm)
• 1 Golden Weekend per month
• No Overnight call Sunday - Friday

Ward Senior

• 1 to 2 Sunday calls per month  (7 am - 7 pm)
• 2 Golden Weekends per month

Ward Night Intern

• Sunday - Friday (6 pm - 7 am)

Ward Night Senior

• Sun,  Tues, Wed,  Fri  (6 pm - 8 am)

or 

• Mon, Thurs (6 pm - 8 am)
• Saturday 24-hour call

• Monday-Friday (7am-7pm)
• Saturday-Sunday:  Interns and Seniors alternate short-call

PICU

• 24-hour call every 4 - 5 days 
• PICU Day shift (6:30am-4pm)
• 1 Golden Weekend 
• 1 Platinum Weekend

• NICU day (7am-7pm)
• NICU Night (7pm-7am) - average of 6-7 nights during the month
• 2 Golden Weekends

• Monday-Friday 6am-5pm
• 1 Golden Weekend per month

Sub-specialty,
Development,
Adolescent,
Community/Advocacy

Interns:

• Average of 1 to 2 calls each month in the following areas:  Newborn or ED short-call
• 2 to 3 Golden Weekends per month

Seniors: 

• Average of 7 calls each month in the following areas:
• Back-Up 2 or 3, Health Calls from home, Newborn short-call
• 1 call-free month as a PGY-3
• 1 to 2 Golden Weekends per month
